3D printed stainless steel turbo manifold has been developed in one piece, no weldings at all.
This manifold has been designed to fit Garrett G25 fl**ge and external Tial waste gate to fit on an Alfa TS engine.

Now time has come to test in on roller dyno and soon on track if all goes well.

After Zandvoort in June we fixed the issues we had and was ready for a new test race at Spa Francorchamps. Everything went well and car was performing perfectly.

Starting from P1 in first race we kept the position with a nice win.
2. Race was more dramatic since rain and a hit on my car resulted in a huge spin and it was over.

With a lot of fast cars in the field it will be even closer next year, the old 75’s are truly fast but I see that the newer 147 diesel and 147 turbo cars are amazing fast and next year I believe there will be some nice and very close fights.

Zandvoort is over and it was clear that 11 years of hibernation was not full of success, but an unforgettable track and a lot of nice Alfa people. It was my first time on this beautiful track but certainly not last, can’t wait till next time🙂.

Status is that 12 years old tires are not the best but surprisingly good, on the other side I’m happy they are gone.

Suspension and handling was very good but we need some suspension adjustment for this track next time.

Drive line was good but we had a huge lack of engine power since the boost valve got stuck and we had only app 60% of the engine power. It was difficult to follow with the fastest cars so hopefully next time we have full power.

One front wheel bearing got completely crushed, hub got destroyed as well so we had to find a new hub for next day. And where to search? Just next to us a German friend had exactly the part we needed and new bearing as well. Thank you very much to you with the orange Alfa 75.
