The painted headlights on this DARC MONO is a pretty controversial mod, but we keep getting requests to build our custom lens covers nonetheless. Together with our LED KIT this is fully legal and a way to avoid smashed lenses and electronic issues.

Here’s our set of Sprinter Flares and Flare Rings in a real life example. No flashy 350k Instagram build, but a relatable Sprinter interior from one of our clients, who builds the entire van himself.
 He used automotive textile to cover the insides of the Flares and Flare Rings to perfectly match each other and also cancel outside noise. Due to the Flares being fully insulated from the factory, no further steps were necessary after gluing the parts into place.

The Flare Rings create the perfect transition bewteen the Flare and the custom interior, with no wooden panels necessary and no corners cut.

This is the ultimate quality solution on a relatable DIY build.
