In 1997, Mercedes made a spectacular statement by unveiling the Mercedes CLK GTR, a racing machine developed in record time to conquer the FIA GT Championship. Beneath its road-going CLK-inspired bodywork lay a true purpose-built prototype engineered for ultimate performance.

Powered by an impressive 6.0-litre naturally aspirated V12 producing around 600 horsepower, the CLK GTR combined brute force, extreme aerodynamics and cutting-edge technology. Classic Racing Car - DTM Golden Age 🏁 - From 1993 to 1996, the Opel Calibra V6 4x4 left its mark on DTM history with its stunning design and cutting-edge technology. Powered by a naturally aspirated V6 engine producing more than 450 to 540 horsepower and featuring an advanced all-wheel-drive system, it represented the pinnacle of German engineering of its era.

Competing against Mercedes and Alfa Romeo, the Calibra became one of the most iconic cars of the championship, reaching its peak in 1996 when Manuel Reuter secured the ITC title behind its wheel.

More than thirty years after its debut, the Opel Calibra V6 4x4 remains one of the most impressive touring cars ever built for competition.
