We stayed in Nicaragua for two months which we loved! Now finding our grove in CR and the Pura Vida/simple life vibes.

5am El Salvador coastline. Mornings anticipation seems to be the way of this cruising lifestyle as it opens up ones mind to wonder. As I keep watch in the early hours the mind ponders all over the place, what will we find in this new country? Tastes and smells, culture and traditions. We are hoping for jungle and wildlife, less tourism and gringos, a more simple way of life? Hopefully. It's called the Forgotten Middle this stretch of coastline as most people flock to the more comfortable spots and lure of Costa Rica and Panama. So of course we had to go here. As I watch all the flickering lights on land as they rise up what seems to be mountains my own excitement builds as we really start this new chapter on this sail to somewhere.
