There's a button on the tailgate. Press it once and the whole thing closes itself.
No reaching up. No dragging it down by hand. No shoulder into sheet metal.
Press the button on the tailgate trim — the upper hatch lifts away on its own.
Load the boot. Press it again — it comes down, slows at the end, and pulls itself shut.
Put a hand in the way — it stops and reverses.
