Beyond the Motor: Smarter Motion Solutions

At CEU, we are expanding from traditional DC motor manufacturing toward smart motor solutions with integrated PCB modules.

Based on customer requirements, we can combine:

DC Motor + Gearbox + PCB + Control Functions

The PCB can support functions such as motor control, position or speed feedback, overload protection, signal processing, sensor integration and other customized electronic functions.

With in-house capabilities in motor manufacturing, aluminum die-casting, plastic injection, stamping and assembly, we can develop the mechanical and electronic parts as one complete system.

Our goal is not simply to supply a motor, but to help customers develop a more integrated, intelligent and application-specific motion solution.

We are conducting an internal durability test for our RV awning motor drive assembly.

This motor is designed for the Dometic 9200 Series Power Awning system. During testing, the motor is loaded with a 15 Nm torque to simulate daily awning open-and-close operation under real-use conditions.

Our target requirement is strict: the motor must complete 500,000 forward and reverse cycles to verify long-term reliability and durability.
