LDC x CIMP Auto Ecosystem Shenzhen 2026: The Stories Behind Pegasus 3 Race Car Logos
As the official vinyl wrap provider for Pegasus 3, LDC Vinyl crafted all race liveries in the movie. While outfitting Zhang Chi’s race car, we grew curious about the stories behind every logo. At CIMP Auto Ecosystem Shenzhen 2026, we restored an official Audi Driving Center A3, letting fans experience it up close.
We’ve decoded the meaning of these logos for you:
🏁 Audi LogoZhang Chi’s ultimate race car is heavily modified from an Audi A3 Sportback.
quattro refers to Audi’s iconic permanent all-wheel-drive system, delivering maximum grip on gravel, ice, and steep terrain—Zhang Chi’s greatest strength for the Northern Route.
🏆 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984
A tribute to Audi’s four consecutive WRC (World Rally Championship) Manufacturer’s Championships. These numbers honor motorsport history and symbolize Zhang Chi’s dream to write a new legend for Chinese drivers in the international Muchen 100 Rally.
🔢 No.20
Zhang Chi’s race number for the Muchen 100 Rally, also the iconic number of his Bayinbrook race car.
🩸 Zhang Chi O+, Sun Yuqiang A+
Standard rally safety protocol:
the letters indicate blood type, and “+” stands for Rh-positive. In high-risk rallies, medical staff can confirm blood types instantly for emergency transfusion.
