稲荷山荒神峰(展望台)から臨む京都市内の夜景。稲荷山四ツ辻から田中社権大夫大神(祭神大国主命)方向の石段を登りその境内の後方に位置する展望台である。四ツ辻から眺める夜景よりも素晴らしい景観だが、この夥(おびただ)しい灯りの下では今まさに生まれたもの、そして今まさにその生を終えたものもいるだろう。そのような人々の日々の営みをここから稲荷山の神々や魑魅魍魎どもも俯瞰しているに違いない。
A night view of Kyoto City seen from the Kojin-mine Observation Deck on Mount Inari. To reach this spot—located behind the shrine precincts—one must climb the stone steps leading from the Yotsutsuji Crossing toward the shrine of Tanaka-sha Gondayu Okami (dedicated to the deity Okuninushi-no-Mikoto). The vista here is even more magnificent than the view from Yotsutsuji; yet, beneath that vast expanse of lights, there are surely lives just beginning and lives just coming to an end. From this vantage point, the gods of Mount Inari—along with the spirits and supernatural entities—must surely be looking down upon the daily lives of the people below.
從稻荷山荒神峰（觀景台）眺望京都夜景。觀景台位於田中神社權大夫神殿（供奉大國主命）後方，需從稻荷山四辻拾級而上，前往田中神社權大夫神殿。這裡的夜景比四辻的更加壯麗，但在這無數燈光之下，既有剛誕生的生命，也有剛逝去的生命。想必稻荷山的諸神和冥界的妖魔鬼怪也正從這裡俯瞰世人的日常生活。

特別自動車警ら部隊の目は、夜でも不審者を見逃しません。写真は、京都府警察の部隊が上益城郡嘉島町内を、大阪府警察の部隊が八代市内を、それぞれ午前３時頃にパトロールしている様子です。不審者にとって夜は味方ではありません。
即使在夜間，特警巡邏隊的目光也不會放過任何可疑人員。照片顯示，京都府警察廳的巡邏隊在凌晨3點左右巡邏上造郡鹿島町，大阪府警察廳的巡邏隊則在八代市巡邏。對可疑人士來說，夜晚並非優勢。
The eyes of the specialized mobile patrol units do not miss suspicious individuals, even at night. The photos show units from the Kyoto Prefectural Police and the Osaka Prefectural Police conducting patrols—in Kashima Town (Kamimashiki District) and Yatsushiro City, respectively—around 3:00 a.m. For suspicious individuals, the night is no ally.
