On the first Sunday in November, daylight savings time ends and the clocks "fall back" one hour. This happens at 2:00am, so you should turn your clocks back one hour before you go to bed on Saturday evening.
Don't forget to change the time on:
• Alarm clocks
• Wall clocks
• Watches
• Desk clocks
• Kitchen appliances (microwave, stove)
