We want to help you feel your best, stay active, and keep doing the things you love. ❤️

That’s why we chose red and near-infrared light therapy. Our panels use 630–850 nm wavelengths, which are commonly used in research exploring red light therapy’s potential benefits for areas like muscle recovery, pain, circulation, and tissue health.

Red light therapy isn’t meant to replace the things you’re already doing to care for your body. We see it as another tool to add to your wellness and recovery routine.

Why choose one when they can work together?

Massage therapy and red light therapy take different approaches to supporting your body. Massage works through hands-on techniques to address muscle tension and promote relaxation, while red light therapy uses targeted wavelengths of light to support the body’s natural processes.

Together, they can create a more well-rounded approach to recovery and wellness.

Pair your treatments and give your body the full experience.

Curious about the actual science behind red light therapy?

Here’s what happens at the cellular level:

1. Your cells contain mitochondria 🧬
Mitochondria are tiny structures inside our cells that play a major role in producing the energy cells need to function.

2. Mitochondria produce ATP ⚡
They help create ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the primary energy currency of cells. ATP provides energy for many cellular processes, including normal maintenance and repair.

3. Cellular energy production can be affected
Factors such as aging, stress, illness, poor sleep, and environmental exposures can affect how efficiently cells produce and use energy. This can influence normal cellular function.

4. Red and near-infrared light reaches the cells
During photobiomodulation, specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light pe*****te the skin and are absorbed by molecules within cells. One of the key areas researchers study is the mitochondria.

5. Light may influence mitochondrial energy production ✨
The absorbed light can affect mitochondrial activity and cellular signalling, potentially influencing how efficiently cells produce ATP. These changes support cellular function, energy production, and the body’s natural repair processes.
