Sale days hit different from the finance office.
28 happy clients, lots of moving pieces behind the scenes, and one very busy dealership.
Thank you everyone who came out today!

The average vehicle today has more technology than ever before , large touchscreens, cameras, sensors, safety systems, modules, and complex electronics.

The part many people don’t think about until later? Repair costs.

Factory coverage is designed for a specific period of time, but many of the most expensive repairs tend to happen after that coverage expires.

That’s why extended coverage has become such an important part of the conversation.

For a lot of people, it’s easier to build protection into the payment now than face an unexpected $3,000–$5,000 repair later.

The goal isn’t just getting into the vehicle… it’s staying protected while you own it.

From my desk to you.

This phone?
If it breaks… you replace it.

This one?
If it breaks… it’s not a small problem.

Everything now is:
• integrated
• computerized
• expensive to fix

Cars went through the same shift.

Older vehicles were:
• simpler
• fewer systems
• easier to deal with when something failed

Newer vehicles?
• sensors
• screens
• modules
• driver assist systems

So the real question becomes:

“If something goes wrong… am I writing a cheque for a few thousand dollars today, or planning for it ahead of time?”

Because repairs don’t ask permission.
They just show up.

Most vehicle decisions come down to four things:

Vehicle
Price
Payment
Trade

They all affect each other.

When one changes, the others move with it.

The right deal is when all four work together

Before paying cash for a vehicle, ask yourself this:

Is this the best use of that money?

Because once it’s gone, it’s gone.

For some people, paying cash makes perfect sense.
For others, holding onto that money can put them in a stronger position.

Emergency funds
Investments or future plans
Even renovations that can increase your home’s value

The best decision isn’t always the obvious one.

From my desk to you.

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to transition into a F&I role with Peninsula Ford Lincoln, part of the Leggat Auto Group.

This is an exciting step forward for me and an opportunity to grow further in the area I’ve been focused on, working directly with lenders, structuring deals, and helping you understand how financing decisions are made.

What I do doesn’t change.

I’ll continue sharing real, behind-the-scenes insight into how vehicle financing works, what lenders look for, what matters, and what people should understand before making a decision.

If anything, you’ll be getting more of it.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me, supported me, and followed along so far. It truly means a lot.

A growing family, less space, and a daily routine that needed something more practical.

So the focus became simple:
• something bigger
• something comfortable
• something that actually works day to day

More importantly:
1. Aggressive rate secured
2. Payments kept where they needed to be
3. Fully protected moving forward

Because it’s not just about getting into a vehicle.

It’s about making sure it still makes sense months from now.

If your situation is changing and your vehicle isn’t keeping up…

Message me and I’ll take a look at your options.

Repairs don’t ask for permission.

They show up when:
• You’re still making payments
• You just got comfortable financially
• Or you least expect it

Most people plan their payment.
Very few plan for the ownership.

That gap is where problems happen.

Working with clients through the Jerry Pfeil Auto Group, I see this every day.
It’s not just about getting approved.
It’s about understanding the risk that comes with ownership.

That’s where protection options can make a real difference for the right situation.

Message me “REVIEW” if you want to understand your options before it becomes a surprise.

Licensed Dealership Financing vs. “Guaranteed Approval” Ads

From my desk to you.

You’ll see ads online claiming “guaranteed approval” for car financing in Ontario. It sounds simple, but it’s not how real approvals work.

A true approval always requires a lender to review:

• Income
• Credit history
• Current debt
• The vehicle itself

Those “guaranteed approval” ads are often just collecting your information, not issuing an actual lender approval.

No licensed dealership or lender in Ontario can guarantee financing without reviewing a full application and supporting documents.

If you want a real review based on your situation,
Message me APPROVAL and I’ll take a look.
