NEW PRODUCT RELEASE

2017-2023 L5P Single S400 Turbo Kit

With a big batch of our billet pedestals soon to touch down we figured it would be a good time to make this post

After over a year of testing we are happy to release the L5P S400 kit

Key Features-

Billet twisted T4 pedestal with Waste-gate provision
-Locally CNC milled in North America from a block of steel for years or crack free use
-45mm Wastegate provision (can be sealed for non Wastegate use)
-Includes all required gaskets and stud kit
-option for high temp black cerakote

5” 6061 Aluminum Intake
-17-19 kits include a full ram air airbox
-20-23 intake kits will land the filter directly under ram air port
-Smart MAF placement for easy scaling with a 5” intake

3”-3.5” 6061 Aluminum Y bridge
-Billet Port matched 3” fl**ges
-Immediately expands to 3.5” before the split
-Integrated Billet MAP and NPT ports

3.5” 304 Stainless Steel Downpipe
-Direct bolt up to factory race pipe
-3.5” port matched fl**ge and tubing won’t choke out the S400 Turbine

3” 6061 Aluminum Hotside pipe
-2 piece design for ease of install and maintenance
-Clears ram air hood and majority of aftermarket CCV kits

20-23 guys. No more chopping up the hot side to make it fit or re pinning the VGT Fooler

These kits come with absolutely everything required to install an S400 based turbo on your 17-19 L5P

Current lead time is 6-10 weeks and dropping as we fulfill current orders and build stock on the billet pedestals. Kits are built to order and can be Powdercoated any colour or colour combination you can dream up

Kit is designed to work with an S400 based turbo as can be optioned with the kit. VS/PSR or similar will bolt up with minor modifications (let us know in the cart notes and we can make these modifications prior to shipping)

*please note kits will not come with vanjen clamps, all kits will include high quality 5 ply boots and clamps throughout the charge air system. Vanjens/V bands can be put in place if requested

20+ L5P compound turbo kit with both battery’s and factory alternator position👌

Paired with a TNT S480 and follows suit from our 17-19 kit. 3.5” cold and hot side crossovers, 3” Y bridge and 4” Downpipe so we don’t choke out that T6 Atmo Turbo

Also opted for a 3” hotside pipe and some dress up parts all coated to match in Whiskey Bronze/Bengal Clear

Hands down one on the cleanest LB7s in Alberta came back to FKF for some more goodies

We added a coolant tank, Brake Reservoir cover, fuse box cover and fabricated coolant tube to his engine bay. Along with some more powder-coating we installed a Fass lift pump and PPE trans cooler

Catch this truck in our booth , it’s worth the look

After many months of R&D we have a “deep breath”

Billet L5P Twisted T4 Pedestal with 45mm Wastegate Provision Prototype

After utilizing Fabricated pedestals in our L5P S400 kits and seeing failures we decided to design a more robust and bulletproof version

This is a prototype piece and will end up in a big fuel/big air non gated setup to push the limits of billet steel. The following run of pedestals will have much cleaner machining as we learnt from this piece. The best part, we partnered with a shop in Alberta to help us with this pedestal, nothing overseas here

-Billet CNC Machined from a 140lb block of steel

-45mm Wastegate Provision

-Fully Divided Design with clean interior flow paths

-1” T4 & Up pipe fl**ges

-1/2” Steel Base plate

-Includes Multi-layer T4 Gasket and A286 Superalloy Stud kit

-M10x1.5 Up Pipe bolt threads are available at request

After many months of R&D and testing we are happy to announce the FKF 2017-2019 L5P S400/Stock Compound Turbo Kit

Key Features-

-Billet Aluminum Turbo Pedestal with incorporated -12AN drain b**g and O ring groove

-True Y Billet Fl**ge Port matched Y-Bridge to a 3.5” Cold side pipe and Billet Intercooler adapter

-3.5” Atmo to valley crossover with Billet O ringed Mouthpiece Fl**ge (production kit will be 6061 Aluminum)

-3.5” Stainless steel exhaust crossover with an incorporated high quality bellow and Billet T6 Port Matched Fl**ge

- 4” Stainless Steel 2 piece downpipe

- 5” Mandrel bent intake (available in 304 stainless or 6061 aluminum)

-Fabricated Battery Tray and Coolant tank to make room for the atmospheric turbocharger

There is no shortage of tubing size or thought behind the design of this kit for performance and longevity

These kits will be available with a TNT billet S480 or S488.

The website release will follow very soon after some more thorough testing as well as the 20+ L5P kits
