The picture on the left is the condition of the drivers side rear wheel well after I cut away the old brassed patchwork and rot on a 1938 Buick . The pics on the right show the old pieces and my new hand made 18 Ga. Inner & outer wheel well section ready to be welded into place.

My 1974 ( 50 year old) trailer got destroyed on our Cross Canada Tour from Toronto to Tofino because of the rough roads. So after we got back from the month long tour I tore down , rebuilt, reinforced the underbelly. Designed & built a much stronger supportive frame. New paint & assembly, ready for the next trip. 👍

Original rotted floors on a 1970 Ply Superbird. Cut out, inner frame channeling sand blasted & epoxy primed inside to protect from any further rust . New floors cut & trimmed for jig saw puzzle fit. Butt welded, ground & metal finished, blasted again to clean & check for pin holes.

Handmade 18 Ga. patch sections for the upper door hinge area on a 1971 Alpha. Butt welded & metal finished. VERY thin metal on a Alpha !

Handmade 18 Ga. rear quarter section, butt welded and metal finished. To give a proper gap to the trunk lid after it had been crushed and rusted, on a 1938 Buick Special.

I made up a new lower 18 Ga . body section for a 1928 Model “A” Ford Sedan . Butt welded across the the main seam & spot welded pinch lips for best possible strength . Ground , metal finished & doll / hammered smooth .

On a 1968 Beaumont SD , removing all the layers of factory metal sections to get down to the lowest/last rotted layer to blast and replace all the areas that are bad. Sandblast and epoxy prime each layer for proper protection all the way to the top dash panel under the windshield . All 18 Ga. Steel butt welded and metal finished .
