The Polaris 800 engine found in the RZR and Ranger from 2008-2014 has a common issue of the exhaust manifold splitting in the center.
The common symptoms are typically backfiring on deceleration and increased exhaust noise.
Welding them has proved to only be a temporary solution, always cracking again near the welds rather quickly.
The best solution is replacing the manifold with a new one!
We have replacement manifolds, gaskets and exhaust doughnuts in stock ready to go!
Oem Manifolds are $270, our quality aftermarket replacements are $80!

2nd generation Can-Am ATVs (2012+) come with foam airbox seals from the factory, which are prone to leaking/failing. We carry aftermarket rubber seals that fit onto the factory cover to permanently solve this problem.
