We are a busy automotive repair facility conveniently located on 72ave in Surrey. We provide a range of automotive services ranging from performing general repairs to preparing high performance cars for race/track events.
We are currently looking for a full time Automotive Service Technician/service Advisor to join our team.
Duties will include
- Providing customer service by phone, email and in person
- Appointment booking and schedule management
- Providing comprehensive estimates to customers
- Preparing detailed invoices to customers
- Ordering parts needed
- Entering and filing vendor invoices
- Pickup and drop-off vehicles
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Motivated, be able to work well independently as well as with others
- Computer knowledge (alldata)
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Valid Class 5 driver's license, must supply driver's abstract upon request
- Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission an asset
- Have general automotive knowledge
- Interest in motorsports
