Front Desk/Detailer

Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Detailer. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer service and hands-on work. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a welcoming experience, while also ensuring our vehicles or facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:

Greet and welcome guests or customers with professionalism and warmth.

Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointments, and reservations efficiently.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls using proper phone etiquette.

Provide information about services, pricing, and policies; assist with questions or concerns.

Handle guest issues calmly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer information, payments, and service logs.

Detailing & Operational Support:

Perform cleaning and detailing of vehicles, waiting areas, or office spaces as needed.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and organization throughout the facility.

Replenish supplies and report maintenance needs promptly.

Assist with inventory checks and stocking of front desk and detailing supplies.

Support team operations with light errands or tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, well-presented workspaces or vehicles.

Basic computer proficiency (reservation or POS systems experience a plus).

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, or detailing is a plus but not required.

Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive, team-oriented attitude.

At Mudders Wash cleanliness is our passion. We provide the tools, services, and bubbly employees to help you get your vehicles as clean as possible.

At Mudders Wash we strive for excellence. In comparison to most car washes. We don't start charging you money as soon as you pull into our wash bays. We only charge for wash equipment use time. This will help you spend much less money to tell the truth. As a matter of fact, we clean our wash bays after every customer use. Our diligent attention to detail is important to us. A cleanly area makes life easier for everyone. When you pull in, would you prefer a spotless wash bay or a dirty one? It is much more pleasing to pull into a clean wash where you intend to wash your vehicle. In the same way, it makes life easier for us too!

We continuously keep our facility clean. As soon as you drive out that door, a bay attendant washes the bay that you left, in fact, we clean our sump drains 1 – 2 times per day, granted that we are able, if we aren’t too busy. We always clean them at the end of each day, mandatory in fact.

On the other hand, we de-ice around out entire building during winter time, remove the snow on our lots and our driveways and sidewalks; we keep all the driving paths inside clean too. Our facility is fitted with 8 fire hoses. If a customer wishes to use one, feel free to ask us. Nevertheless, as previously stated, cleanliness is our focus and we dedicate ourselves to the excellence that comes with it.
