Replaced the service brake lining on my 11A Touring. Thanks to Paul for his good advice!
It works very well! No dragging …smooth and efficient brake…

Willard battery for the Franklin;
See how the reproduction battery fits under the seat of the touring under a metal floor cover hiding another cover made of wood (see the latch). Note also the proper hold down clips securing the battey in place.
A wood battery box hide a 6 volts red top Optima.
A keyed control under the dash allows the shut down (solenoid activated) of the battery, cutting ALL power to the car. One key position (left) allows a trickle charge connection when the car is not used.

I finally installed a rubber lip at the bottom of my front windshield. I modified a part from Restoration supply (part RUB053 T - RUBBER 3/4”) and it works quite well.
With an xacto blade I cut the top part of the T which still left a wider rubber edge that was inserted in the groove at the bottom of the windshield. I had previously manufactured a rubber part for the sides using the Franklin drawings.
