Glass Guys is a automotive glass repair and replacement company serving the Ottawa region since 2005. We are looking for a full time service advisor to join our team.
The Service Advisor is responsible for creating great first impressions and builds strong relationships with customers to ensure all service experiences are positive.
The Service Advisor will answer calls and respond to customer emails to provide them with the repair or replacement quote requested. Also will be responsible to schedule customers appointments.

Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
· 2-5+ years experience in a similar role
· High School Diploma or equivalent
