Thanks everyone for the support over the years. I have been closed for almost 3 years now from when I moved out of my retail space in 2017. I still enjoy my adoration for my customers builds and my personal cars.

As I'm just getting around to updating my page to reflect this, I still plan to leave my accomplishments here for you and to reflect on the pride I always put into my work. I will add more of the projects and accomplishments from over the years to keep the muscle nostalgia alive!

[Personal car update]. 1969 340 complete, fully custom estimated 425 hp.

Balanced and forged crank, rods, pistons .030 at 345 ci. Special technique oiling mods. ARP bolts, fully aligned and honed, square decked ported, 69 X heads, stainless valves, Crane mechanical Cam 560 lift and rockers. Nostalgic and rare STR12 Crossram and Southern California (SoCal) valve covers. Custom A-body oil pan. Complete carbs to pan.

[Late post]. A complete 1972 340. An out-and-out screamer. Fully modified custom—forged crank, rods, pistons, ARP studs, rod and head bolts, deep pan, 71J heads—opened with Nailhead high quality stainless valves and rollers, COMP stainless springs and retainers, Xtreme Energy COMP cam with Cloyes chain and tensioner. Cylinders are bored .030 for 345 cubic inches and a static compression ratio of 10.1. Notably, nostalgic alloy intake and valve covers. Hemi orange block.

[Late update] Nice view on the run in stand and bug stage. [Same specs from previous post]. Small block 374ci from the bottom up. This is a real nice 1972 340. Hosting a S**T 3.58 crank with EngineQuest magnum RT heads, hydraulic Comp Cam, JE pistons and more. 10.6 CR and has serious grunt. Run-in was with air gap and 680 Holley and stock 360 exhaust manifolds.

[Late post]. I took this job on but at first, it was with a little trepidation but, after the initial consultation I got to know the owner and his father, and the direction was clear that I knew I had to get this done and make this lad's experience a good one..., they were absolutely focused on me to do the job. 😉

The owner is a wickedly smart, levelheaded, life-driven young lad with his future going in the right direction. Not only that, to buy a mid-70s Corvette as his first play car only to learn that it needed an engine shortly thereafter was no doubt discouraging for him. He wanted it rolling and so, I sourced a well-known US company for a 383 SBC, I did some intake and carburetion modifications from Gen 2 to 1, a new set of coated pipes and changed out the hydra 350 to a 400 and bingo, we married the mill to the car.

James' smile was priceless ... such a great duo. With his future in acting, he's well on his way (James Hicks)... I would like his autograph on the work order!
