"Carol is in her second season with us at Headwaters, and she is someone we can always count on. She takes great pride in keeping our washrooms and shower facilities clean, tidy, and welcoming, helping make sure our guests have the best experience possible.
No matter what needs to be done, Carol is always willing to jump in and help. She consistently goes above and beyond her role and is always looking out for both our guests and our park. Carol is one of those people who is genuinely happy to be here, and her positive attitude is felt by everyone around her.
She has become the eyes and ears of the park, often noticing things that need attention and helping us stay on top of them. Her caring nature, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed make her a valued member of our team and someone truly deserving of this recognition.
