There’s something timeless about the CL 63 AMG. Big AMG V8 power, pillarless coupe styling and a presence that still turns heads years later. This was a beautiful example, and we’re happy to see it going to a great new owner.

We don’t do boring. And we never really planned to.

Central Exotics was built around a pretty simple idea: buy and sell the cars we’d actually be excited to own ourselves.

Sometimes that means a V10 Audi R8.
Sometimes it’s an AMG GT-R or a 717-hp Hellcat.
Sometimes it’s a piece of old-school HEMI history.
And sometimes it’s a Porsche that doesn’t burn a drop of fuel.

There’s no formula here.

We just have a weakness for interesting cars. Cars with a story. Cars with character. Cars that make you turn around for another look after you’ve parked them.

And we’re going to start showing you a lot more than what’s sitting for sale.

One year in the making. 💚🏁

What started as a vision for our 2010 Audi R8 V10 turned into a year-long project of mechanical work, bodywork, fitment, refinishing, paint, carbon details and a whole lot of patience.

The goal was never just to change the car. It was to build our version of the R8 — something unique, something memorable, and something that would stand out every time the garage door opened.

Today, finished in Hakone Green, sitting on bronze wheels with its carbon aero, that vision is finally a reality.

A very special thank you to MSBG MSBG Automotive in Winnipeg for taking care of the mechanical side of the project, and Ravi Ramoutar HeadTurnerz Restoration in Selkirk for bringing the bodywork, fitment and Hakone Green transformation to life. This car simply wouldn’t be what it is today without the work, patience and craftsmanship from both shops.

To everyone who followed the transformation along the way — this is the finished product.

One year. One vision. Finally finished. And now… it could be yours. 💚

Our 2010 Audi R8 V10 has officially completed its transformation.

Finished in stunning BMW Isle of Man Green Metallic, sitting low on bronze forged wheels, with red calipers, carbon-fibre aero and the unmistakable sound of that naturally aspirated V10 behind you.

This wasn’t about making another R8 look different. Every detail was chosen to create something that feels completely its own while keeping the character that made the first-generation R8 so special.

After a year of mechanical work, bodywork, fitment, paint and finishing touches, the build is DONE.

And yes — it’s officially FOR SALE at CENTRAL EXOTICS. 👀
