Sure looks pretty grim for the demo derby truck.... its weird that 169 PEOPLE that are a part of this page can take the time to LIKE a suggestion to come out and help out a good cause to further aid in the success of building a motorsports part in the Lloydminster are, but no-one seems to actually want to come out and help....
WE CAN DO THIS GUYS AND GALS!!!!!!!!!! But not with only 5 or 6 people doing all the footwork....... We need our PAID Members to come out, we need MORE members to join, and we need to have some measure of success before we can EVER consider even proceeding...
Everyone wants to race, heck I want to race, but I know that the money isn't gong to appear out of the sky, and the dirt isn't going to magically pop a park out for us...
It may sound like I'm frustrated, but I am not... I am discouraged that in almost two years we haven't had any measure of improvement or made any headway towards the building of the motorsports park....
It kind of takes the wind out of the sails knowing that we have so many PAID members, but no-one comes out...
You paid for the chance to have a VOICE, an opinion and a say in how this project heads fore-ward. We didn't just want your money, we wanted you to become a part of the success, a part of making what could be the greatest thing to happen to the Racing and High Performance community, as well as another venue that the public can greatly enjoy without having to drive 2 hours and spend hard earned money to get there!!!
I CALL OUT ALL MEMBERS AND FUTURE MEMBERS TO COME OUT TO OUR PAGE!!!!!!! EXPRESS YOUR VIEWS AND OPINIONS!!
COME OUT TO THE LLOYDMINSTER COLONIAL DAYS AND WALK UP TO OUR BOOTH THAT WE HAVE!!!!!!! GATHER INFORMATION, TALK TO THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE TABLE THAT ARE IN IT FOR THE LONG HAUL AND SEE REALLY WHAT ALL THIS IS FOR!!!!!!!
We will be having an outdoor booth at the Colonial Days, we would love to see you there!!!!!!!!!!!
We still have the Demo Truck, but are in deep need of support and volunteers to get it finished!!! It wont be ready for the Parade BUT We still would like to have it on the Demo derby and have one of our lucky members operate the truck in the derby!!!!!!!!!
And please comment on our face-book page, sure would like to JUST as MUCH input on the page as we get likes... Just imagine the amount of info we could gather and absorb if EVERY LIKE ON THIS PAGE had a comment to go with it!!!
