It’s a sad and exciting day at TMH Mechanical today. It’s retirement day for our Office Manager Roxanne! Roxanne has been with the business from the beginning and helped build it into what it is today. 13 years of total dedication that will never be forgotten!

We have had an increase in customers from dealerships outside of our local dealers inquiring about warranty work. Although we work on all makes and models we do not complete "warranty work", we may be able to do the repairs but we DO NOT get involved with the Warranty processes. We do not complete paper work outside of our own and we purchase parts ONLY from local establishments. Parts listed on any quotes will be locally purchased parts, customers would be responsible for parts outside of local shops. Repairs must be paid for before vehicle will be released.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our valued customers.

To our valued customers:
We are definitely into our busiest season.
For our detailing's we are currently booked up until Sept 9th. We do have a lengthy cancellation list and our Magic worker is working hard to get as many done as he can.

In our shop we are just as busy, we have had some schedule changes and with vacations happenings as well we can't always accommodate in what some of you consider a timely manner. We know it is frustrating when you need things done as soon as possible, but sometimes that just isn't possible for us. We do our best for our customers, but please keep in mind that we also have contracts that we need to fulfill as well. At the end of the day, making sure that everyone that comes through our doors get the best service possible, but sometimes, we do have to turn people away too. We don't like having to, but sometimes we just have no other choice. What could be a 5 minute job for someone that walks in our doors, will end up being much longer for our tech's that are working on booked appointments.
