This one was a spin on a “chocolate cream pie” and it did NOT disappoint. 🤤

Chocolate cake layered with chocolate custard filling, topped with whipped cream and slathered in chocolate buttercream. Basically all the best parts of chocolate cream pie in cake form!

I get a lot of requests for flavours that aren’t currently on my menu, and we can almost always find a way to make them work!

So never hesitate to ask for something specific, I’m usually up for the challenge 😌

September & October calendars have been posted to my stories today and dates are already limited.

I’m currently taking bookings into January. December I’ll be taking some extended time off around Christmas, but don’t worry, Christmas boxes will still be a thing this year! 🎄❤️

And queue the ‘ber’ months!

It’s hard to believe we’ve reached September 1st and will be getting ready to trade slow mornings and summer days for school drop-offs, schedules and packed lunches! (Kids are about to be reminded real quick what an alarm is🙈)

We’re squeezing in one last out of town hurrah for my husband’s birthday this weekend and then we’re diving straight into it
3 kids, 3 different schools, 3 different schedules and SO many lunches to pack. 🫠

It’s definitely going to take a minute to get everyone back into the swing of things, but we’re ready for it! I also need to complain about kids growing an exuberant amount during the summer months… the amount of clothing and shoes I have purchased the last week for all three, 😭🫪🫩🥴🫨

Anyways, fall is always a busy season for me, I’m already planning my thanksgiving boxes and I may or may not have something else fun up my sleeve 😏 stay tuned…

I’ll also be posting my updated availability for September & October today and both months are already looking pretty full! November orders have also been rolling in, so if you have a celebration coming up, don’t wait too long to get your date secured. 🤎

This one was made to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary, and the request was extra special… replicate their own boat!

So we did just that, from the shape and colours to the cabin, canopy, railings, motor and all those little details, I tried to capture their actual boat as closely as I could!

And this little boat cake had quite the adventure of its own… it travelled all the way from Kamloops to Quesnel for the anniversary party!

There’s something so rewarding about creating a cake that isn’t just a cake but a little piece of someone’s memories and life. 🤍

50 years together is definitely something worth celebrating and I was so honoured to be a small part of it. 🥂✨
