On Monday I had my good customer Parkinson’s Plumbing Ltd call stating his van had lost reverse. I removed the transmission pan and found debris and found a broken snap ring in the case that had fallen into the planetary gear set. We rebuilt his transmission and had him back on the road by the end of the week!
