GOOD MECHANICAL SERVICE SHOULDN'T LEAVE YOU WONDERING WHAT'S HAPPENING.

“Is the truck done?”

“Did they find the problem?”

“Are we waiting on parts?”

“How much longer?”

Those shouldn't be mysteries.

Communication is a major part of fleet maintenance — especially when you're trying to coordinate operators, jobs and replacement equipment.

At Integral Maintenance Systems, one of our priorities is simple:

Keep the customer informed.

Because repairing the equipment is only part of good service.

Respond fast. Fix properly. Communicate clearly.

Heads up!

7:20am Update:
Confed overpass is closed in both directions.

There’s been an accident on the Confederation Way overpass heading toward the Highway 63 northbound exit.

Southbound traffic is moving, but it’s extremely backed up. The Thickwood Boulevard on-ramp also appears to be experiencing issues.

If you’re heading that way, expect delays and consider an alternate route if possible.

SHOP REPAIR OR MOBILE REPAIR — WHICH MAKES MORE SENSE?

Sometimes the answer isn't automatically “bring it to the shop.”

If a unit is disabled on site, consider the bigger picture:

➡️ Does it need to be towed?
➡️ How long will transportation take?
➡️ Can the repair reasonably be completed where it sits?
➡️ How quickly does the unit need to return to service?

Our mobile service capabilities allow us to bring mechanical support closer to where your equipment is working.

And when a repair requires shop facilities, our Fort McKay location gives customers operating north of Fort McMurray another option.

The goal isn't getting equipment into our shop.

The goal is getting it back to work.
