☕️ A little surprise from one of my students! ❤️

Thank you so much for the coffee gift card! It’s not just the coffee that made my day — it’s the thought and appreciation behind it. 😊

🚨 BC GLP CHANGES started now! 🚗💨

Starting October 19, 2026, B.C.’s Graduated Licensing Program (GLP) is changing.

📅 No more second road test for eligible Class 7/8 novice drivers.
📝 A Driving Record Assessment will replace the second road test.
⏳ Eligibility depends on your age, driving experience and driving record.
⚠️ Some drivers may still have restrictions after upgrading to Class 5.

📲 Follow GoGoGo Driving School for more BC driving tips and GLP updates.

Under Section 129(4)(b) of the BC Motor Vehicle Act, turning left on a solid red light is legal only if you are turning onto a one-way street.

This applies whether you are turning from a two-way street onto a one-way street, or from a one-way street onto another one-way street.

1. Complete Stop First: You must come to a complete stop at the stop line or crosswalk before entering the intersection.

2. Yield Right-of-Way: You must yield to all oncoming traffic, cross traffic, cyclists, and pedestrians before making the turn.

3. Proper Lane Positioning: Per Section 165(3), the turn must be made from the extreme left lane of the street you are leaving into the first available left lane of the one-way street.

4. Check for Signage: The turn is illegal if there is a posted sign prohibiting left turns on a red light at that specific intersection.
