What a much needed and awesome day of riding!! 740 kliks and 18hrs later MAMA and I made it home. Weather got rough a few times but it was all part of the adventure!! With Don Buchanan, Sonya Buchanan and Martin Godfrey.

THE SPUD BOX IN KALADAR IS CLOSED!!!
A favorite stop for bikers and tourists, and a regular riding season pit stop for ORARC over the years, it had closed. Google says permanently and indeed having driven past the location tonight, the trailer and the deck are gone. Thus far I cannot locate a reason for the closure. Guess we'll have to search out another venue in the region.

OFFICIALLY today's planned ride is cancelled due to rain. As I sit here drinking my coffee, a steady light rain has begun. That's in Cherry Valley. No idea on weather in Belleville currently but if folks show up, please enjoy a ride. Next weekend is our Season Opener BBQ. So no scheduled ride.
