Ya know someone really has it wrong when the k&n lid looks like its med well... I set this old 327 up a few years ago, not real impressive on take off but once rolling she really rock and rolled, we modified trans to shift way higher. And now.... After a new intake manifold was installed to fix a coolant leak they told customer the 650 carb was too big. It was not but now has an edelbrock 600 which it didn't need. 3 shops in the city later it came on a tour up here and people must have forgotten how to run a timing light. 70 kmh kickdown and it would sound like a popcorn maker. Erks me the distributor didn't have number 1 where it should be and moving it a couple teeth was too much work. I fixed that. base timing was 4 degrees re****ed, all in was 14. Vac advance wrong...She rock and rolls pretty good again, Basics people! throwing a pile of money and new parts at something without having an idea of what it needs is not the answer.

Hasn't had a bath in a couple years, figured since its been east and back and took my driving this long without more then a few oil changes i better give it a bath!

Electric seat heaters are nice when they work properly
