During our holiday period, we also like to take a moment to look back at the wonderful projects we’ve already completed and worked on.

This time, we’d like to look back at the truly unique project we were privileged to carry out on Dimii Jacobs E9 2800CS. Let’s just say we’re very proud to have been part of this, as this E9 is well known throughout the Benelux and far beyond.

The engine and gearbox were brought to us with the brief to make them look brand new, both inside and out. This was no problem for us, as this is how we prefer to work and how we derive the greatest satisfaction from our job.

We worked closely with the customer at every stage of the finishing process. Details were restored with a focus on originality.
We were also able to fit the engine with the beautiful ITB kit – a tribute to BMW’s rich motorsport heritage with the E9 CSI.

Important message, which I am happy to bring 😁

As many of you already know, we’re on our summer holidays. We’re also eagerly looking forward to the arrival of our first little babygirl!

New appointments will be scheduled from late September or early October for larger projects.

This stunning Atlantis Blue BMW E30 320i with its legendary M20 engine came to us after sitting unused for several years. The initial plan was straightforward: replace the timing belt and fix a few oil and coolant leaks.

However, it didn’t take long before we noticed the engine wasn’t running as it should. A pronounced ticking noise from the valvetrain immediately caught our attention, pointing towards excessive valve clearance—which turned out to be exactly the case. On top of that, we discovered the timing belt had been installed one tooth out of alignment.

At , we believe in doing things the right way: clean, original, and with attention to every detail.

🔧 Work carried out:
• Complete timing belt kit
• New water pump
• Cooling system flush (the engine was filled with G12 coolant instead of the factory-specified G11)
• Replaced the corroded thermostat housing
• Serviced the throttle body
• New oil pan gasket
• Valve clearance adjustment
• Replaced cylinder head and camshaft seals

Now this classic E30 is back to running exactly as BMW intended and is ready to enjoy the summer roads once again. ☀️

For this beautiful E30, we carried out a complete engine rebuild of the M20B25 engine.
After oil pressure issues resulting in internal engine damage, we fully rebuilt the engine with new pistons, a brand new cylinder head, and a reground crankshaft, new oil pump,…

The result? An engine that runs exactly as it should again – powerful, reliable, and ready for many more (s)miles of driving pleasure!
