For this beautiful E30, we carried out a complete engine rebuild of the M20B25 engine.
After oil pressure issues resulting in internal engine damage, we fully rebuilt the engine with new pistons, a brand new cylinder head, and a reground crankshaft, new oil pump,…

The result? An engine that runs exactly as it should again – powerful, reliable, and ready for many more (s)miles of driving pleasure!

Ending 2025 with the completion of this M10B20 engine, e21 Kjetronic. The car came to us for heavy oil consumption and blue smoke.

A Leak down test and compression test showed us good and acceptable results. Taking in mind the age and condition of the engine, our first thoughts leads to worn valve seals. After pulling the head we found that the cylinder walls were corroded. So an engine rebuild was the only option. Due the the overall condition of the chassis and body we decided together with our customer to bring the engine back to its original condition, inside and outside!

✅ Fully refurbished cylinderhead with new valve guides and seats
✅ New Exhaust valves
✅ Brand new Mahle pistons
✅ All new bearings
✅ High presurre cleaning for loose parts
✅ Fresh paint job
✅ All brackets and bolts restored to new yellow passivation

Next phase will be the built in and start up of this beautifull engine.

We are ending the year with some wonderful projects and memories! 2025 was a year full of new developments for us, all of which turned out positively. Our new name and new workshop brought us many good things and new customers!
2026 promises to be a busy but exciting year with many projects on the agenda!

Last week, we had this F11 from Amsterdam 🇳🇱 in our workshop for the well-known timing chain replacement. Since this was an X-drive variant, we had no choice but to remove the entire engine. During the repair, a defective turbo was also identified. The turbo shaft had excessive axial play, which could lead to serious engine damage. Fortunately, we remedied this in time by installing a new OEM turbo!
This F11 is now back on the road after a successful repair.
We are grateful for the trust of our customer, who was willing to make the 4-hour journey to ensure only the best for his car.
