পদ্মা সেতু বাংলাদেশের পদ্মা নদীর ওপর দিয়ে নির্মাণাধীন একটি সেতু। এই সেতু বাংলাদেশের দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিম অংশের সাথে উত্তর-পূর্ব অংশের সংযােগ ঘটাবে। সকলের আশা এই পদ্মা সেতু বদলে দেবে দেশের অর্থনীতি; উন্নত হবে মানুষের জীবনযাত্রা । স্বাধীনতা-উত্তর বাংলাদেশে সবচেয়ে বড় এই প্রকল্প খুলে দেবে নতুন সম্ভাবনার দুয়ার।এই সেতুকে কেন্দ্র করে মনে মনে স্বপ্ন বুনছে দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিম অঞ্চলের মানুষ। আর সেই সপ্ন আজ ২৫ শে জুন ২০২২ মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীর হাত দিয়ে পদ্মা সেতু উদ্ভোদনের মাধ্যমে পূরণ হবে।
