We are the organisers of the Whyalla Accessible Beach Program; we are passionate about making sure there is access to our beautiful beach for all, this is why we have introduced the use of rollout mats (MOBI Mats) and Beach Wheelchairs. A group of wonderful people fund raised tirelessly to make this program happen, the Whyalla Beach Access Group were the major drivers, without this group of amazin

g people this project would not of happened! Financial assistance and support came from the following group:

• Whyalla Lions Club

• British American Motorcycle Club

• The Wellness Centre- Friday Walk & Talk group

• Whyalla City Council & YAC

• Former State Government, (with a special acknowledgment going to MP Eddie Hughes for bringing disability in our community to the forefront, thank you EDDIE!)
