With the flood waters finally starting to recede around Wangaratta, it looks like our mate Yogi at Apex Park might soon be able to take a proper breath again! ๐Ÿ˜‚

But while Yogi is getting his head back above water, itโ€™s worth remembering that your car might need a little attention too.

If your vehicle has been through flood water, donโ€™t assume everything is fine just because it starts and drives normally. Water can make its way into brakes, wheel bearings, electrical components, fluids and other parts that may cause problems later.

๐Ÿš— If you've driven through deep water, keep an eye (and ear) out for anything unusual.

๐Ÿšจ Warning lights, strange noises, electrical gremlins, changes to your brakes or anything that just doesn't feel right are all worth getting checked.

๐Ÿ’ง And if your vehicle has actually been sitting in flood water, **donโ€™t start it until itโ€™s been properly inspected.**
