We freaking did it!! Goodbye TCR, 27 years of blood, sweat & tears. Thank you for being so good to us & being our 4th child. Today was settlement day & quite freakly would've been David's Dad Len's 74th birthday who was also a big part of TCR over some of those years. 😇

Tonsley Crash will seem a little different next year as we did sell to owners who wanted to keep the name running. But for David & I we're signing off & beginning a whole other chapter in life..David going into semi retirement & having a very well earned break & now being a MOL(man of leisure 🤭). I'm now able to focus on my job that I started in January & am absolutely loving!

Thank you to all of our staff, customers & suppliers who have supported us over the past 27 yrs at TCR 🥂🍾

This place has been a massive part of our lives for 27 years..the first 10 years David being an employee, then 17+ years ago we purchased it & it became our 4th child where we embarked into the scary world of self employment. What a journey its been..One that has allowed growth & flexibility as our young family grew.

So in saying that we've decided that we're ready to move onto the next chapter of our lives & its time for a change. We are super excited for the future beyond TCR as scary as that sounds for us both! Over the coming days if you drive past, you will see the big for sale sign go up!

We both wanted to say from the bottom of our hearts a thank you to all of our friends, family & customers for supporting us & our business over the last 27 years. It really has been a wonderful journey.

Our doors will be open till the 19th December if you're driving past & want to pop in to say farewell.

Thanks again & if you've got any suggestions for David who will be a man of leisure beyond Christmas, send them his way ha ha!

Yet another superb result on this neat little Nissan 350Z. Owner was devastated when his pride and joy was damaged. He’s a lot happier now. Was absolutely stoked, almost speechless when he picked it up this afternoon. Thanks to my staff for putting out yet another beautiful repair.

Hi all, So a bit of a surprise here… I’ve been asked to take part in a crazy big fund raising challenge. Hopefully after you’ve read what I’m going to tackle, you’ll be happy to make a donation for us. Soooo, mid January 2024 a group of mates and I are going to take part in a massive water skiing fund raising event to help raise much needed funds for a cancer charity called Lion hearts Learning.. I’ve attached a link at the very bottom of this post , to their website for you to have a quick look at, which will give a quick explanation as to what they are all about.
You all know how much I love my water skiing, but also that I rarely knock back a challenge. Over 3 days, we will be skiing from Renmark to Wellington. 560 km’s in 3 days. Yes, it’s going to be very hard on this tiring old body, but I’m super keen to give it a crack. We will ski roughly 185km a day. As a team we are striving to raise $10k. That’s only $2k each. I’m sure with your help you can help us achieve our goal and more.
