Meet Matt (aka Westy) 👋

If there’s one thing you’ll notice about Matt, it’s that he’s always early… probably 30 minutes early, coffee ☕️ in hand and ready to go. After two years at JPC, he’s become a familiar face as one of our Estimator & Customer Service Representatives. He says the best part of the job is simple: the culture, the team, and actually enjoying coming to work every day.

Outside the office, you’ll find Matt mountain biking 🚲 watching Seinfeld, or perfecting his homemade scones. He’s a Metallica fan who dreams of a European adventure, believes wood fired pizza is hard to beat, and if he ever won $10 million? Let’s just say he’d be sending one very short resignation email.

His hidden party trick is a thumb that bends at a right angle. He can ride a skateboard, and he’s still chasing the ultimate goal of becoming a footy tipping champion. Honest, punctual, reliable… and proof that coffee really can count as a work snack. ☕🍕🚵‍♂️

Meet Mat 👋

If you’ve ever wondered who keeps the finishing line running smoothly, it’s probably Mat. After 24 years at JPC, he’s become a bit of an institution mastering the guillotine, packing jobs with precision, and proving that experience really does count.

Mat keeps life refreshingly simple: tea over coffee, pizza over just about anything and definitely no pineapple 🍍 beach days 🏖️ YouTube, dark chocolate and dogs 🐶 He’s an early riser who’d happily swap social media for unlimited holidays and, if given the chance, would teleport anywhere rather than sit through the trip.

His idea of the perfect weekend? Drinking a b**r with a few good laughs. In fact, if he won $10 million tomorrow, his first purchase would also be… a b**r. Some things never change and honestly, we respect the consistency! 🍺😄

Meet Lexi 👋

If you’ve ever called or walked into JPC, chances are you’ve met Lexi, the friendly face at reception. After a year and a half with the team, she loves that no two days are the same, and says the best part of the job is the variety and the people she works with 🩷

A self confessed night owl, Lexi runs on tea, Vegemite Shapes and the occasional Red Bull. Firmly believes pineapple has no place on pizza, and would happily trade just about anything for unlimited holidays. When she’s not at work, you’ll probably find her hanging out with friends, rewatching It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia or planning a dream trip to Prague.

Fun fact? She can touch her tongue to her nose….yes, really! She’s also a huge music fan, with The Cure, T. Rex, Ween and Bob Dylan topping her playlist, and if life had a soundtrack, it’d be India Rubber by Radiohead. Just don’t ask her to wake up early… unless there’s chicken and chips involved! 🍟🍗

Meet Paul 👋

For the past 19 years, Paul has been the quiet achiever keeping things running smoothly in Prepress. He loves that no two days are the same, thrives on variety, and proves that a good coffee and a slice of pizza can solve just about anything.

When he’s not making sure your artwork is spot on, you’ll probably find him out in the bush 🌲planning a road trip 🚙or dreaming about exploring the Australian Outback 🌅 He’s an early riser, an NRL fan, a Pink Floyd enthusiast, and firmly believes pineapple belongs on pizza, yes really!!!!

Paul’s philosophy is simple: don’t stress. Whether he’s spending the weekend outdoors, laughing at his kids, or enjoying the occasional sleep in, he keeps life refreshingly down to earth. And if he ever wins $10 million? First stop: paying off the home loan. Sensible… but we bet there’d still be enough left over for a few pizzas. 🍕
