We have a great opportunity for a motivated candidate to join our successful team as a full-time Store Supervisor.

The Store Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and overseeing products and supplies by receiving, storing, packing, and delivering items. In addition, they are responsible for ensuring efficient processes are in place, and maximising warehouse productivity whilst also being hands-on in our warehouse. The Store Supervisor’s responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, packing and ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

Role Requirements:
• Experience in optimising warehouse processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar position.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in loading and unloading trucks safely with forklift.
• Basic level of computer skills appropriate for the role.
• High-level of paperwork management.

• Organised and efficient
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to earn trust and credibility
• High-level leadership skills
• The ability to interact in an effective manner
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all output

We are urgently seeking boilermakers and welders to join our successful team in our workshop.

About you:
Excellent problem-solving skills
General knowledge of/or previous experience in grating, handrail and industrial flooring would be advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work effectively during times of unplanned events
Ability to read and follow design plans for fabrication
Basic level of computer skills appropriate for the role
Organised and efficient

Licences:
Valid Driver’s Licence - Required
Forklift License – Desirable

Working with the Queensland Manager the Sales Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates for internal and external stakeholders by collecting and analysing data to estimate the cost, size, materials, and duration of a potential project. Sales Estimators are required to interpret prints, specifications, and customer requirements to provide accurate estimating.
The role will be based in Townsville at Ingham Rd, Bohle.
We highly encourage tradespersons who may be looking for a change in career or looking to get off the tools and moving into an office environment to apply.
Role Requirements:

Good communication and organisation skills.

Experience in client liaison and meeting customer expectations.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to answer the phone in a professional manner.

Experience in AutoCAD advantageous.

High-level of computer skills including Word and Excel.

Although experience in estimating in the areas of grating, perforated metal, expanded metal, handrail and industrial flooring would be advantageous, we are willing to provide training to the successful candidate.

Has the following full time position available for a CNC tube bender operator.

Job Responsibilities
• Operate 65YLM and a 100CSM Tube bender
• Setup and troubleshoot bend tooling for handrail fabrication.
• Operate secondary tools (drilling, saw cutting, etc)

Knowledge or Skills Required
• Experience operating CNC tube bending equipment
• Ability to read detail drawings
• Basic understanding of Auto Cad systems.
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to utilize standard inspection tools and to change tooling.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to work in high pressure situations under deadlines.
