training or certifications are out in force.

Please do your due diligence ppl we have have already had a couple ppl being stung saying they got it done and it back due to mould not being treated killed and removed safely professionally and with out certain vital equipment.

Our 6 detailing technicians have been preped training and knowledgeable in all aspects of detailing and your needs

A simple vacuum vinegar wipe over and air fresher is not remotely close to the way mould in cars is treated

Edit* if you do have a water leak in your car air con seals or anything that will need to get fixed first as if your car gets wet again the mould will start to grow back and we have no responsibility for that. Your car will need a few hours of sunlight to dry out completely and the use of moisture cups over the next week after is essential!!

As we understand, it's a tough time atm for everyone mould, and your health is not something you want to put in the hands of untrained $100 detailers.

What is mould?

Mould is a fungus that grows in damp, warm, and humid closed in environments like cars and houses

What does mould look like?

Mould can be white, grey, black, or green
black being mould spoor stains and CANNOT BE REMOVED
It can look like a stain and it may smell musty

How does mould grow?

Mould needs moisture and a food source like dust, dirt, or organic matter to grow
It reproduces by releasing microscopic spores into the air water or on wet surfaces
The spores can grow and spread when they land on damp surfaces

What are the risks of mould ?

Some moulds can cause allergic reactions and respiratory problems
A few moulds types can produce poisonous substances called mycotoxins that harm the human anatomy
Prolonged exposure to mould can increase the risk of headaches, eye and skin irritation, and respiratory issues SO PLEASE GUYS BE CAREFULL

How can you prevent mold growth?

Ensure your car as good ventilation to reduce moisture fan/blower/sunlight
Dry or suck out as much of the water as you can THIS WILL NOT PREVENT MOULD but slow it down until you can get a professionally cleaned.

It's now set in and the waterlogged mould cars have started to appear
So please choose who does your mould remedation carefully as in 2019 lots of ppl were out of pocket over $500 having to get it done twice. Not done the first time right

For those that think this is a job for any detailer I have 100's of stories from the 2019 floods after doing thousands of cars, where ppl supposedly got mould professionally removed only to call us back a week later cause the $100 guys didn't do the job properly and the mould has grown back... After being in business nearly 2 decades in townsville, we are and have been professionals in this space for a long time. Mould is not something that can be easily removed and killed unless treated with the right chemicals and techniques.

So please choose who does your mould remedation carefully as in 2019 lots of ppl were out of pocket over $500 having to get it done twice.
