Curbside engine replacement finished off on this zd30 patrol, after diagnosing a blown piston we discussed a few options and the customer decided a second hand replacement engine worked best for him, after sourcing an engine for it we got to work removing the old engine, we prepped the new engine with a brand new rear main seal and also resealed the sump to future proof any possible leaks that would be easier out of the car, we got the new engine in and fired up ready to go without the car having to leave his house

After complaints of the clutch pedal going to the floor we found a snapped clutch fork on this r33 sedan, we removed the gearbox, removed the other half of the two piece fork, checked the clutch and pivot point for damage before lubricating and fitting a brand new genuine clutch fork, upon reassembly after a clutch bleed the clutch was working perfectly ready for the owner to enjoy

Was called out to check this Navara after overheating and it no longer starting, we found a majorly blown head gasket, after removing the head we found it had also cracked the head so we replaced the cylinder head as well as all the top end gaskets and got it running again, after starting we found it was running a bit off and with a quick inspection found it had lost its injector coding, after recoding the injectors we took it for a long drive and it’s no longer overheating and ready to go back home.

Had this 180SX in after finding a rusty fuel tank killed its fuel pump, we removed the tank cleaned out the rust, treated it then coated it to prevent future rusting. We fitted a new pump and filter and had him back on the road for around half the price of a new tank!
