Zac's 2015 VF HSV Clubsport R8 rolled in for a full security upgrade this week. We fitted an IGLA immobiliser with integrated TeleCompass 2 GPS tracker, plus our Ultimate Horn Solution.

The IGLA blocks engine start without the owner's secret PIN sequence and shuts down OBD port access to prevent key cloning and computer hacking. Paired with the TeleCompass 2, Zac gets real-time GPS tracking, instant alerts when the car's authorised or if someone tries to bypass the system, and remote control over engine block and service mode straight from his phone.

The Ultimate Horn Solution relocates the original horn and wires in a dummy replacement on a separate circuit. If that circuit's cut or tampered with, the factory alarm triggers immediately.

We fitted a KSmart module to Craig's tuff 2015 VF SS ute this week, adding wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to the factory stereo.

The KSmart integrates directly with the existing head unit, so the dash keeps its original look and all the factory controls stay in place. Steering wheel buttons still handle calls, track changes and volume exactly as they did from the factory.

It's a clean solution for anyone who wants modern phone connectivity without replacing the stock stereo or losing the way the car was meant to work. Craig's ute now connects wirelessly as soon as he gets in, with everything running through the screen that's already there.

We recently fitted an IGLA immobiliser to this 2016 Holden Commodore VF SSV Redline for Craig, and apologies for the delay getting this one posted.

The IGLA system digitally inhibits engine start, meaning the car won't fire up without the owner's secret PIN sequence entered first. No PIN, No Play. It also blocks the OBD port to prevent unauthorised access to the vehicle's computer, which shuts down common bypass methods like key cloning and OBD hacking. Anti-hijack protection with shutdown is built in as well.

The result is a Redline that can't be driven away without authorisation, protecting both the vehicle and everything Craig has put into it.

Kevin's dropping in his 2025 Nissan Patrol Warrior before heading off on holidays next week, so we fitted an IGLA immobiliser to keep it locked down while he's away.

No PIN, no start. Simple as that. The system digitally blocks the engine from firing up without Kevin's secret code, shuts down OBD port access so the car's computer can't be tampered with or cloned, and has anti-hijack protection built in. The Warrior can sit in the driveway and nobody's driving it without his authorisation.

These newer Patrols are high on the target list, so getting ahead of it before you leave town just makes sense. Kevin's sorted, and the Warrior stays put until he's back.

Simon collected his brand-new 2026 S650 Mustang and drove it straight here with just 140 kilometres showing. His dream car had finally arrived, and he wasn't taking any chances with it leaving his driveway without permission.

We fitted an IGLA immobiliser and IGLA TeleCompass 2 to lock it down from day one. The immobiliser blocks engine start without his secret PIN sequence and shuts down OBD port access so the factory security can't be bypassed through key cloning or diagnostic hacking. Anti-hijack protection is built in.

The TeleCompass 2 adds live 4G GPS tracking and integrates directly with the immobiliser over the vehicle's CAN network. Simon gets real-time alerts when the system is armed, disarmed, or tampered with, and he can remotely enable engine block or service mode from his phone.

Grace brought her 2018 Toyota Prado J150 in for an IGLA immobiliser and IGLA TeleCompass 2 install before heading off-road, and wanted to make sure her vehicle stayed hers while she's out exploring.

The IGLA sits on the Prado's CANBUS and digitally blocks engine start until the correct PIN sequence is entered through the factory controls. No PIN, no start. It also locks down the OBD port completely, so the ECU can't be accessed for key cloning or programming bypasses. Anti-hijack protection is built in with shutdown capability.

We paired the TeleCompass 2 tracker to the IGLA for real-time GPS location tracking over 4G. Grace gets instant alerts when the vehicle is authorised or if someone tries to start it without the PIN, and she can remotely engage engine block or service mode from her phone.

Proper protection for remote touring where your rig needs to be there when you get back to it.

We fitted an IGLA Alarm to this 2016 Holden Commodore VF SSV sedan for Kristian.

The IGLA Alarm gives you full immobiliser protection — no PIN, no start, with OBD-port blocking and anti-hijack shutdown — plus a complete alarm system on top. If a door, boot, bonnet or hatch is opened without authorisation, or if the accelerometer detects a knock, tilt or motion like being jacked up or dragged onto a tow truck, the battery-backup siren sounds even if the main horn is cut. The vehicle still can't be driven away without the owner's authorisation.

It's comprehensive protection that works in the background and doesn't interfere with how the car drives day to day.

Mark's 2015 HSV VF GTS is a properly sorted example, and he's understandably keen to keep it that way. We fitted the full IGLA security package: IGLA Alarm with immobiliser, battery-backed siren, and IGLA TeleCompass 2 for real-time GPS tracking and push alerts whenever the alarm trips. No authorisation, no start, and the OBD port is blocked. If a door, bonnet or boot is opened without permission, or the accelerometer picks up a knock, tilt or the car being jacked, the alarm sounds and Mark gets notified instantly. The TeleCompass also lets him remotely control the engine block and monitor the car's location from his phone.

While we were in, we added a KSmart wireless CarPlay and Android Auto module to the factory head unit, keeping the original controls and look, and installed our Ultimate Horn Solution with a dummy horn on a tamper-monitored circuit that triggers the alarm if cut. The car stays original on the surface but gains proper layered protection and modern connectivity.

Jim brought his 2017 Holden VF Calais in for a full security and tech upgrade, and we've just wrapped it up.

First layer: IGLA immobiliser. The engine won't turn over without Jim's secret PIN sequence entered through the factory buttons. The OBD port is digitally locked down to block key cloning attempts, and there's anti-hijack protection with engine shutdown built in if things ever go sideways.

We also fitted a KSmart wireless CarPlay and Android Auto module, so Jim keeps his factory head unit and steering wheel controls but gets full smartphone mirroring without any visible changes to the dash.

Finally, we installed our Ultimate Horn Solution. The factory horn is relocated and hidden, while a dummy horn sits in the original spot on its own tamper-protected circuit. If someone tries cutting it, the VF's alarm system triggers immediately.

Calais is back with Jim and ready to drive exactly as it should — but only when he says so.
