Observed this gem of a human (walking away in the black outfit) park between 2 car spaces, (they are quite long car spaces), hit the Ford focus in front twice, damaging the left rear of the victims car and the front left of the perpetrators car. She got out, had a look, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I though about calling out to her but it wouldn't have changed the outcome, she would have likely left false details. I took the pics and was writing details on my business card when the Focus owners came back. I expect the Mazda owner will be hearing from an insurance company or police officer. Don't be a scumbag, there's too many cameras and you'll get caught out eventually.
