2016 Mercedes Sprinter, we recently did some wiring on to bring up to construction site standards.

Installed and wired the following:
2way uhf radio
Reverse squawker
Amber roof beacon
Custom relay/fuse board
4 switchs
Custom wiring loom

All wiring done to very high standards with everything hidden behind factory panels.

Customer also is planning to fit new work lights, which we prewired the van for, so next time around will be straightforward fit.

On site 14t bucket repairs

The first bucket is off Komatsu PC138. Small repair job done on site. Blade has been welded to the teeth for site regulations to dig around services. On this occasion, the weld failed and also, over time, lost 2 filler plates between the teeth. Here, we done a quick onsite repair by welded blade back on and 2 filler plates added.

The second bucket is BBB bucket off Kobelco SK135SR-2. Cutting edge was badly worn and was due to be flipped. We removed cleaned all matting surfaces and refitted using appropriate bolts. We always go to an extra extent to prevent issues down the line and weld the nut to the stud. This prevents the bolts coming loose as its common issue when been worked
