On-site repair of a Frightliner trailer carrying an excavator revealed a damaged wiring harness and broken wire, causing malfunctioning trailer lights. Further investigation determined this is related to the customer's prior replacement of several electronic flashers.

An on-site exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve for a PX Ranger was requested by a customer last week due to concerns about harsh transmission shifts and an illuminated engine light. Upon inspection, a code related to a sticking EGR valve and limp mode was discovered. To ensure the customer's convenience while her vehicle undergoes repairs, a temporary deactivation of the EGR system was performed, allowing her to operate the car without experiencing limp mode while waiting for the parts. This job was carried out at customer work with out a hassle. 👍
