I’ve always eaten for health… but taste always came second 😅

But life is short, and I decided food should be just as enjoyable as it is nourishing.

Thanks to the internet, we now have endless recipes at our fingertips… which feels like a new problem now 😰

With all the conflicting information out there, I decided to do my own research on what a fluctuating, hormonal body actually needs—simple, nutrient-dense meals that don’t challenge my (slightly declining 😅) attention span.

How I build my meals:
✔️ High protein
✔️ Fiber-rich, blood sugar–friendly carbs
✔️ Low calorie + nutrient-dense
✔️ Healthy fats
✔️ Antioxidants
✔️ Delicious enough to eat on repeat

When food supports stable blood sugar, muscle health, and estrogen metabolism, hormones tend to function better.

These pumpkin protein waffles are on daily repeat for me 🧇
Coming in at 319 calories, 43g of protein, and 11g of fiber 🤯 and that’s not even counting the raspberries that pack an extra 8 grams of fiber… say whaaaat 😂

I’m excited to finally share that I am now a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner! 🥳🥳

Well… I have been since July but have been busy behind the scenes developing my programs and polishing my website! So today I am celebrating with you this 2025 milestone before I start planning 2026! 😌

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also known as tapping, is a gentle, evidence-based mind–body technique that helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and release emotional blocks by tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on thoughts or feelings. The importance of writing gratitude isn’t just to keep a record of the good things that happen in our day — it’s to help us enter a state of gratitude.

That elevated feeling is powerful for manifesting our goals, because it aligns us with what we desire. The act of practicing gratitude is really the tool that helps us get there.

I 100% agree… I am that person that wakes early, meditates, journals, makes beautiful page entries and spend a lot of time on that because it’s a part of MY daily peace procedure and I LOVE IT!

But it wasn’t always that way. I started out with a 10 minute gratitude journaling session every morning and evening and built on that month after month (many years ago)

Just because I enjoy it, it doesn’t mean you will. We’re all unique and a 5-10 minute simple planning session/gratitude/reflection in the morning or evening after work might be just what you need and is more than enough. Finding what works for you is where your life transformation begins. It’s time to let go of comparison and find what makes you feel good. If you don’t love it don’t force it ;)
