What is expected of YOU?

With at least three years of experience you have a knack for delivering impactful, brand-uplifting messaging into the right inboxes at the right times and you live to see those open and click-through rates climb higher and higher.

You possess an excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and how to drive engagement through data analysis, A/B testing and email optimisation.

You will have a solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies, a strong understanding of content marketing as well as lead nurturing, SEO and SEM.
You are an excellent writer and communicator (verbal and written), and you have substantial experience with EDM platforms, Google analytics and various Digital Marketing Tools.

You have an innate ability to create lasting and meaning relationships in a friendly yet professional manner, and you’re a committed and honest team player, with a great sense of humour!

Day-to-day of being our DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

• Planning and managing email marketing campaigns (including user segmentation, flow strategy, the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends) together with Email Marketing Manager and wider marketing teams.
• Analysis/reporting of digital marketing & social media activities & campaigns - Facebook, Linked In and You Tube posts.
• Creating video material
• A/B-testing, analysis and reporting of email marketing campaigns
• Management of the Mail Chimp Email System
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
• Growing email database through collaborative digital initiatives
• Segment, develop and nurture EDM lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
• Reporting to Marketing Manager / Managing Director

As the Jeal team prepares to be back in the office from next week onwards, we had our last Zoom call a few days ago.
