SOLD | 2018 Nordhavn 76 KEMAH
Sold by Marley Cutbush represented a longstanding Thailand-based client in the purchase of Nordhavn 76 KEMAH, out of Canada.
For Nordhavn Australasia, the story began well before KEMAH appeared on the market. Marley had known the buyer, an experienced Nordhavn owner who keeps his yacht in Thailand, for many years. When the conversation turned to an upgrade, the search included the possibility of a new build. Then KEMAH became available in Vancouver.
On paper, KEMAH looked like a strong fit. Conversations with the seller added confidence: this was a yacht that had been carefully maintained and enjoyed by an experienced owner with a history of Nordhavn ownership.
At relatively short notice, Marley and the buyer flew to Canada. They met the seller and spent several days aboard, getting to know the yacht and assessing whether she was the right next step. The time on board confirmed the impression from afar. KEMAH was an exceptionally well-loved and well-cared-for boat, and the parties reached an agreement in principle at a price that fairly reflected her condition.
