He’s done it! 🏆 Conor Shanahan, drifting legend and long-term ACL partner, is the 2026 Formula Drift Championship winner!

Conor secured the championship at this weekend’s final round in Long Beach, and what a way to finish the season! Sharing the championship podium with his brother Jack Shanahan in 3rd and fellow Irish drifting icon James Deane. made it an all-Irish podium, with all three drivers also having ACL partner connections.

A huge congratulations to Conor and the entire jerryyangracing team on an incredible achievement! 👏

A gathering of engine reconditioners, enthusiasts and fantastic partners!

We had a great night at the ACL function hosted at Penrite Racing as part of the Australia & New Zealand Engine Reconditioners Association (ANZERA) conference.

With a room full of industry professionals, engine enthusiasts, ACL partners and motorsport legends, it was a great opportunity to catch up with so many familiar faces from across the industry!

The final round of Formula Drift is here!

ACL partners Conor Shanahan, Jack Shanahan and Wataru Masuyama are gearing up for the final round in Long Beach, with plenty still on the line!

Conor heads into the final round leading the championship and is in a great position to fight for the title.

Fingers crossed he can bring it home! Best of luck to all three drivers this weekend! 🔥

Last week, as part of the Australia & New Zealand Engine Reconditioners Association (ANZERA) conference, we were fortunate to welcome industry visitors from across Australia and New Zealand to the ACL Bearing Company (Australia) manufacturing plants.

It was great to have so many of our end users visit and experience our manufacturing processes firsthand, giving them a closer look at exactly how the bearings they use are made!

The humble beginnings of our bearing manufacturing process — what we call Blank & Form.

Here, the material we’ve made is uncoiled, stamped and blanked (cut out using tooling), before being manually transferred to the forming section.

The blank is then hit twice — the first form creates the basic shape, while the second presses it into a precision outer shell.

And that’s just step one! Onto the next. ➡

What a weekend of results for the ACL partner crew! 🔥

🏆 Daniel Lencses from Team Brothers Dragracing is now the European Champion in the FIM SuperStreet Bike class.

🥇 Conor Shanahan took out 1st in the final round of European Drift Masters, finishing 2nd overall in the championship.

🥈Kai Allen and co-driver Tim Slade secured 2nd at The Bend in Supercars.

Congratulations to all — these are the kind of results we love to see! 🔥

Sometimes, we just can’t help but stop and admire Harrison Sellars Motorsport ACL RACE Series Trans Am — it’s red, shiny, impressive, and very well branded! 😛

ACL has been proud to partner with Harrison Sellars for several years now, starting back in Harrison’s Formula Ford days and following him through to his first season in Trans Am.

With still a few rounds left in the Trans Am series, we’re looking forward to seeing this epic Mustang doing its thing on track! 🔥
