A new year and a new fresh look for Retrow! Replaced the front bar, rear bar and sliders with Raslarr Engineering gear. Looks soooo good! Much better approach & departure angles. Its transformed the Cruiser!
Paired up with Narva Australia MK3's, Ultima Lightbars and their new Fogs Lights (DRL, Indicator, Parking and Fog), it all just works.

Quick trip to Fraser Island! 4500kms in 6 days! Also stopped in at The Springs 4x4 Park for a bit of a play.

I've been pretty slack on socials of late, been busy doing life.
This is my other love. Took the Raptor to Robe. Had an absolute ball over the dunes and on the beaches. Certainly in its element.

It was very greasy out there today. This was Fultons Creek Track, slippery mud and wet rocks.
Love this Cruiser, and very impressed with the Yokohama Tyre Australia Geolander X-AT's 305/70/17 tyres. Very surprised how good they were in the clay and rocks.

Awesome shout out by the guys at 4WD 24/7 .Shaun Whale, you can borrow Retrow, but I'm driving 😉

Had a few modifications done over the past few weeks.

1. Kenwood Car Audio Australia 11" Audio Visual Unit - Swapped out the Alpine Unit that had issues with wired Android Auto which Alpine couldn't fix. It made phone calls and audio horrible. The Kenwood System is awesome. Also does wireless mirroring, so Netflix etc works great.

2. Alpine Door Speaker Pockets. I swapped these out from the Cruiser Consoles product. They now have 6x9 speakers in each door, running the Alpine Type R speakers. The sound is amazing. Each door has a USB Charger Point - perfect for torches, phones etc.

3. Updated my Cel-fi Unit to the new R41model. This is a dual band unit, so works with Telstra and Optus. Also made for 5G as 3G is getting turned off very soon.

4. Pirate Camp Co. UHF Bracket - This utilises the Ash Tray hole. Works and fits well. Just need to find something to cover up the hole for the pass through as mine is already mounted elsewhere.

5. Pirate Camp Co. Fire Extinquisher Bracket - This took a bit to mount as I have my ARB Twin Compressor mounted under the seat. A little bit of manipulation and got it mounted.

6. Autometer Boost and Pyrometer - Swapped out the SAAS Gauges for these. Seem to be more accurate and well, they're blue!
