Queensland Mini Car Club (QMCC)

Queensland Mini Car Club welcomes anyone who loves the Mighty Mini. You do not have to own a Mini. Welcome to the Queensland Mini Car Club (Inc.).

We are Queensland’s oldest continuously operating club for fans of the mighty Mini. We welcome anyone, young or old, to join in and keep the Mini spirit alive. This club is for those who have an affection for the Mini. Whether it be an old mini or new mini, modified or just like they made them. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a Leyland, a Morris or a BMW. We just like them and want to hang together

with some like minded people. You may own one, or many, and in some cases have a few bodies tucked around the house or in the garage, maybe the spare room! But this little car has achieved more notoriety than most other brands. And after 50 years its still in our veins.

Thank you to the Brisbane Southside Morris Minor Car Club for organising another great day for their Issi Day Run which is normally held in November but was rescheduled to January due to bad weather. It was a really great day with our good friends from BSMMCC.

We had morning tea at Rotary Park in Jimboomba and a relaxing picnic lunch in the park overlooking the lake at Moogerah Dam.

It was another great day with magnificent cars and company - perfect weather with great food and wonderful raffle prizes at the annual BSMMCC Combined Display Day on the weekend.

This Sunday is the annual Brisbane South Morris Minor Car Club (BSMMCC) Display Day at Ormiston State School, Wellington Street Ormiston.

The BSMMCC as well as the Sprite Club and the Qld Mini Car Club will have their vehicles on display.

It’s always a great day. Magnificent cars and company with great food and raffles.

It was a wonderful day attending the annual All British Day. Our theme this year was The Teddy Bear Picnic. We were gratefull there was perfect weather for the event yet again this year.

A huge Thank you to all our Club members participating in our display which won the All British Day Best Display for 2025.

And a big congratulations to Andy and Tony for winning trophies for their Minis today 🏆 🚗

Vehicles arrive from 8.30am and open to the public from 9am

Morning tea provided.

BBQ breakfast and lunch available at reasonable prices.

Multi draw raffle drawn on the day.

A fantastic time was had by all who were able to come away on a long weekend away to Tenterfield.

We stayed at the Tenterfield Bowling Club and Motor Inn - a perfect accommodation for groups or Clubs.
We played barefoot bowls finishing off with a few drinks in the bar then dinner at the in-house restaurant.

It was a wonderful weekend in a historical country town with so many friendly locals and things to see and do.

It was a fantastic weekend away with really great company travelling in some of our Mighty Minis 🤗

It was another fantastic All British Day with perfect weather again this year with many wonderful cars on display and a great crowd of spectators coming through gates.

A big congratulations to Neil and Chris for winning trophies for their Minis today. Thank you to all our Club members participating in our display resulting in the QMCC winning the best display for 2024 🏆 🚗

It’s that time of the year again!
All British Day is coming up on Sunday 15th September.

The annual All British Day is always a fantastic day out with one of the largest displays of British vintage and modern vehicles held in Brisbane. Lots to see and good food available. A wonderful family friendly event.

The Qld Mini Car Club has never missed a year and will be there again this year 🚙🚗🚘🚖

Pop it in your diary and we look forward to seeing you there 🤗
