Ford F150 3.5 Twin Turbo – Stage 2 Results 🔥

We started with a Stage 1 tune on the factory setup and picked up an extra 25kw at the wheels.
The biggest restriction quickly became obvious — the factory intercooler was seriously underwhelming and holding the combo back.

So the hunt began for an aftermarket intercooler setup capable of supporting the power these twin turbo V6s are capable of.

After fitting the upgraded intercooler and refining the calibration, the results spoke for themselves 👌

• Stage 1 gain: +25kw at the wheels
• Final gain with intercooler upgrade: +53kw at the wheels
• Final output: 277kw at the wheels
• Stock turbochargers retained
• Huge improvement in intake temps and consistency
• Stronger power delivery across the rev range

And Lincoln’s happy as he’s now the quickest F150 of the North, don’t mind his version of Cowboy boots thou 😜

With our considerable experience tuning the PX series Bi Turbo Rangers, stepping into the Next Gen platform was a natural progression — and once again, we’ve proven our ability to get the most out of these engines.

This Ranger came through for a custom dyno tune to unlock more usable power, stronger torque, and a smoother overall drive.

This Isuzu D-MAX came in ready to hit the Dyno and make some serious power, and that’s exactly what it got. With a doubling of factory power 💪💪

Accessories that have been fitted:

✅ 44mm gated turbo
✅ High-flow injectors
✅ PDI intercooler
✅ Full transmission tuning to handle the extra power

On the dyno it laid down:
💥 255.3HP / 852.1Nm

We set boost at 30psi and dialled AFR in at 17:1 to keep it clean, efficient and strong under load. The trans tune ensures it doesn’t just make power — it holds it properly and drives the way it should.

This thing now spools hard, pulls clean through the rev range and is built to handle the torque.
